DELTARUNE is a narrative RPG with millions of players and one of indie gaming’s most dedicated communities, created by Toby Fox and the team behind UNDERTALE. For Chapters 3 & 4, I served as a Game Producer as the project scaled from an experimental team into a full production pipeline targeting console release.
I coordinated a 50-person remote team across art, engineering, narrative, and QA, establishing clear cross-department workflows and production tools. By introducing live burndown dashboards in Jira and Notion, I cut planning time by 50% and enabled faster creative iteration. I also launched a rotating-lead daily stand-up structure that increased visibility, improved accountability, and reduced blockers across departments.
My focus: build a production environment where great creative work can thrive, and the process quietly supports it from behind the scenes.
