OVERVIEW

Winner of Best Independent Game at The Game Awards 2023, Sea of Stars is a turn-based RPG inspired by classic adventure titles, built in Unity and played by millions across console and PC platforms. As a Game Producer at Sabotage Studios, I supported the project through its major production phases and launch, working across design, engineering, narrative, and QA to maintain momentum, clarity, and quality at scale.

I led production for more than 60 quests and cinematic sequences, managing schedules, dependencies, and build delivery via Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace. I ran feature iteration and playtest cycles in Unity, using Trello and Notion to track tasks, log QA findings, and prioritize feedback, reducing turnaround time on gameplay updates by 25%. I also oversaw localization and QA pipelines, coordinating external translators and testers and developing documentation that standardized workflows across multiple languages.

My focus was building clear processes that protected creative iteration and ensured every department had what they needed to deliver a cohesive, high-quality player experience.
